Arthitek Projects (architecture and interior design office) and Arthitek Elements (interior design materials showroom) are brands under which LOFT STUDIO S.R.L. operates, hereinafter referred to as “Arthitek” or “we”.
By accessing and using the Website, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. The version that applies is the one published on this page at the time you access the Website.
The Website content is presented in Romanian and, in part, in English. In the event of any inconsistency between versions, the Romanian version prevails.
All Website content – texts, photographs, renderings, plans, graphics, logos, design elements and databases – is the property of LOFT STUDIO S.R.L. or its partners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
You may view the content and share it (by link) for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, reproducing, modifying or using the content, in whole or in part, for any other purpose without the written consent of LOFT STUDIO S.R.L. is prohibited and sanctioned by law.
The names, logos and product images of the brands presented on elements.arthitek.com belong to their respective owners and are used solely to present the products we distribute.
Information about materials, products, services and projects is provided for information and presentation purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer. Prices, availability, delivery times and technical specifications are confirmed only through a written quotation.
Colours and textures of materials may appear different on screen than in reality. We recommend visiting our showrooms to see the samples in person.
Project data (floor areas, investment values, execution periods) are approximate and are provided to present our portfolio.

Such actions are considered attempted fraud and will be reported to the competent authorities, so that those responsible can be held civilly and criminally liable.
Users shall not disclose to third parties any private information received from LOFT STUDIO S.R.L. (for example, quotations or project documentation), under penalty of paying damages.
LOFT STUDIO S.R.L. will not disclose information provided by users without their written consent, except to suppliers and partners needed to provide the requested services, who are contractually bound to keep the data confidential.
LOFT STUDIO S.R.L. processes personal data as a data controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
What data we collect: your name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message, submitted through the contact or quotation request forms, by e-mail or via WhatsApp.
Purpose: solely to respond to your requests and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation or enter into a contract.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to messages we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep the data: for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and accounting law, where applicable.
Who we share it with: we do not sell, rent or trade your data. It may be accessed only by our technical service providers (web hosting, e-mail, maintenance), under confidentiality obligations, and by public authorities where required by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute shall first be settled amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts at the registered office of LOFT STUDIO S.R.L.
Consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution through the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal.
LOFT STUDIO S.R.L. is not liable for any damage, costs, proceedings, claims or expenses arising from users’ failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
